Overview

Bridal Show Sales have the 3-Day Federal Cancelation Period

Website Sales: Remington Jewelers gives you a 30-day Return Policy on Tungsten, Titanium, Damascus, and Ceramic Rings: If you are not satisfied with your purchased ring or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sizers, ring boxes, and silicone rings.

Show sales have a 3-day cancellation policy.

Internet Sales (Purchased on the website) has a 30-day (from the day received) return for refund policy, less the $19.95 shipping and handling charge & any other shipping fees such as Priority Mail or Express Mail in the original order. (All Bonus items, ie. hotel certificates, silicone ring, etc. must be returned with the ring for a refund)

Past 30 days, return for exchange only up to 60 days One (1) processed exchange disqualifies any return for a refund.

Internet Sales come with a 30-day return. (customer responsible to send their ring back to us).  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Normal banking time is 3-10 Business Days

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Send your ring to the address below for return. Include a note with the name the order was under and the size you want. Make sure you send it USPS in a padded envelope (with a tracking number) so it won't break through. Check our site to see if we carry the new ring size that you want and if it is in stock. If not, contact us to see the shipping time frame.

 

Putting it in the ring box and the little bag or box it came in is the best way.  If you no longer have the little bag, wrap the ring in tissue before placing it in the little box or inside a baggie if you no longer have the box. This protects the ring in the mail.

Note: VitaSteel is not responsible for any rings lost in the mail system, so get a tracking number so you can make a claim if this happens.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
